Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Learners
Learners may request cancellation and a refund within seven (7) days of payment, provided that:

No course material has been accessed or downloaded; and
-
No assessments have been attempted.
Requests must be made in writing to garreth@stratism.co.za
2. Cancellations by Stratism Solutions (Pty) Ltd
Should a course be cancelled by Stratism due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facilitator unavailability, course re-scheduling, or low enrolment), learners will be offered the choice of:

A full refund, or
-
Enrolment in a future equivalent course.
3. Refund Method and Timeframe
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method originally used (PayFast).
Allow up to 10 business days for processing and bank clearance.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued once:
-
Course content has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded;
-
The learner has begun any form of assessment; or
-
The request is made more than 7 days after payment.
